Tigre Delta, San Isidro and Riverside Gardens

A lovely escape from the city. The Delta boat ride was the highlight.

Patri planned a very smooth day, from the cathedral in San Isidro to the rivers and canals of Tigre.

Beautiful scenery, good timing and lots of local context.

The island homes and small service boats gave us a completely different view of life near Buenos Aires. Patri explained how people use the rivers for school, shopping and daily transport, which made the boat ride much more meaningful than just a scenic cruise.

We loved walking around historic San Isidro before heading to Tigre. The neo-Gothic cathedral, tree-lined streets and traditional houses were beautiful, and Patri shared just enough history without slowing the day down. The gardens by the art museum were also gorgeous.

A relaxed day with a great balance of history, nature and local life.

The Delta felt peaceful and surprisingly close to the city. Patri pointed out the different kinds of boats and houses, then gave us time to wander through the Tigre Art Museum gardens. Very easygoing and well organized.

Puerto de Frutos was fun to explore, with crafts, furniture and plenty of places to browse. Patri had useful suggestions and never hurried us.

This was exactly the change of scenery we wanted. San Isidro has a lovely historic center, while Tigre feels completely shaped by the water. Patri explained the local communities and the history of the area in a way that made the whole route feel connected.

Great tour for seeing a quieter side of Argentina.

The boat ride through the Paraná Delta was memorable, especially seeing the schools and homes that depend on the waterways. Patri was attentive to our interests, and the separate driver made the long day comfortable. The market at Puerto de Frutos was a nice final stop.

Patri was friendly and flexible from the beginning. We spent time in San Isidro, visited the riverside museum gardens and enjoyed a shared boat through the canals. The day had a very natural rhythm and never felt like we were being rushed between attractions.

The cathedral in San Isidro and the old homes were beautiful, but the Delta was the real surprise. The water routes, rowing clubs and island houses gave us a glimpse of everyday life that we would never have found on our own. Patri also gave us plenty of time at the market.

Everything was well coordinated and Patri was happy to adjust the pace. We had time for photos in San Isidro, a peaceful ride among the canals and a walk through the gardens surrounding the Tigre Art Museum. The mix of culture and nature worked perfectly for our family.

The Delta boat trip was calm, scenic and full of interesting details about the island communities. Puerto de Frutos added a lively finish, and Patri's recommendations made it easy to enjoy the market without feeling overwhelmed.

A refreshing break from central Buenos Aires. We especially liked the gardens and the quiet canals.

The route was varied and very well paced. San Isidro gave us architecture and history, the Delta showed us a different way of living, and Puerto de Frutos added a bit of shopping and local flavor. Patri was warm, practical and full of useful information.
